Description:
As of version 44, I can no longer save changes to a Stored Note file.

Create a Note. Add some text. The "Apply Changes" button is always grayed out.

Fixed as of the upcoming MySQL Workbench 5.2.45, and here's the changelog entry:

Model notes could not be saved. The "Apply Changes" button is available
again.
