Description:
I ran a series of queries in a batch order (ctrl + shift + enter) and when I checked back on the screen I got a this dialog workflow.

How to repeat:
Run a series of queries that will cause the MySQL server to exhaust all temporary space (--tmpdir) trying to sort the results.  I was connected to a server that has only 24 GB and once exhausted, the query failed, Workbench reported an internal error and asked me to complete this bug report.

I tried the same queries that I ran last night with 5.2.44 and no exceptions this time.  While I don't know for a fact that these queries were the cause for the exception, I am satisfied that this issue is probably resolved.
