Hello, it was a fresh install. Now, I've deinstalled the 5.5, downloaded the 5.6 rc zip, installed it manually (as a console) and it works.

No so far, because I've uninstalled it so far and installed 5.6 (I need a working installation). But I didn't do anything strange. Some notes: 1) I've specified installation path and database path, 2) I've unset one of checkboxes at one of screens (I don't remember its name exactly - something like 'install data files').
