My collelague Mahesh posted this:

As I understand Miguel's last comment, he *verbosely* verified it.  But status is still "Can't Repeat". Nether Mahesh nor I can change the status to "Verified". 

As it is my experience that reports with a non-verified status will be overlooked I request Miguel or somebody else with proper access to change status for the old report.  If Miguel's last comment shall not be understood as a verification we need a clarification.

Sorry for the 'noise' here but I think posting again is the only option we have.

Peter I don't understand this bug report if you think something wrong exists in a bug report please comment there. To clarify I wasn't able to repeat the behavior reported I meant I was able to start the proxy in Windows 7 64-bit. Is there something I don't understood please ask for the reporter to re-open the bug report and clarify me. Thanks in advance.
