Description:
While generating tables in DB using "Forward Engineer" option, script for all table is being generated despite limiting the table list for "Select Option" screen.

Fixed as of MySQL Workbench 5.2.45, and here's the changelog entry:

The "Select Objects to Forward Engineer" filter was ignored while
executing "Forward Engineer to Database". All tables were exported.
