To clarify: this occurs occasionally in the database administration editor of MySQL Workbench, while trying to import. This occurred yesterday repeatedly, but today I could not reproduce it, so it is most likely a systems resources problem, or some thread timing problem when many Windows processes are running at the same time.

If you can upgrade would be nice since a bug report should be tested against the last release. I wasn't able to repeat using 5.2.43 then please reopen this bug report when you have a repeatable test case. Thanks.
