Description:
The "Specify Manually", used to create foreign keys, is not working when the referenced table is in another schema.

How to repeat:
- Create two table in diferrent schemas.
- Create a FK in one of them, and try to reference the other one by clicking "Specify Manually".
- Enter the fully qualified name of the referenced table
