Thank you for the bug report. I can't repeat on Windows 7 64-bit and XP Home Edition 32-bit. That happen all the time for you or in a random way?. Thanks.

I could consistently reproduce on windows 7, 64 bits, fresh install of mySQL. After installing mySQL for the first time, I double clicked the file under samples folder and it starts lauching workbench, then displays a message in between saying something like index names cannot be same as foreign key names and prompts for renaming. If you choose to rename workbench stops execution due to exception. After a few trials I uninstalled mySQL and then resinstalled. Didn't try again but ran the sql scripts manually.
