Description:
Go step by step to server configuration show  me about the error.

How to repeat:
1.Fill the server configuration type  and enable TCP/IP Networking
2.Fill Root Account Password 
3.Check it's okey in windows service details 
4.And click next 
5.Showed information about mysql-server-5.6-win32:100 - Unable to configure service.

Which exactly Windows OS are you using (XP, Vista, Windows 7)? and are you installing with Administrator user?. Thanks.

I installing on windows xp 
and yes I create a administration account 
and when I installing on other pc the instalation is when properly
