Description:
The EER Diagram can not be rename. It produced an error. please fix it!

How to repeat:
Make a SQL Model. Add an EER Diagram, and make some tables. Save it, and close it. Now rename the EER Diagram. You will get an error. And the workbench will shut down

Thank you for the bug report. Verified just as described (closing diagram before renaming it is essential) on 32-bit Windows XP.
