Description:
mysqldump v 4.1 hangs when works with mysqld v 4.0 and "ansi" option

How to repeat:
try to make mysqldump with ansi quotas for mysql-4.0 server

Suggested fix:
mysqldump 4.1 should return special error message for such case

i checked it again after pull for mysql-4.1 and mysql-4.0
Bug was repeated..

Note : 
it's necessary to add at least a table in the database to hang mysqldump..

Works fine with server version 4.0.23-debug-log.
