Description:
Query database window - CTRL U - Each time I go to open a database query the dialogue window is either full screen or it sometimes is of a reasonable size placed in the center of the MySQL Workbench GUI window (but infront). It's very odd to have a dialogue window at full screen. Also dialogue window doesn't remember adjusted position and size on next open.
And often dialogue windows are full screen and go under the windows  icon bar at the base hiding buttons. EG. I couldn't find the report button when looking to submit this bug now as it was underneath the windows task bar.
