What exact version, 5.1.x, of Connector/ODBC do you use? What exact server version, 5.x.y (5.5.25?) do you work with?

The MySQL ODBC connector version is 5.1.11 mysql version is 5.5.27 Operating system is Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate

Please note that the list of databases will not be displayed unless you provide the valid MySQL user name and password. Also, the user account must have the appropriate privileges for the database you want to see in the list.
