Description:
After manually adding a new database (via command line) or even creating a new table via Workbench, the new database/table does not show up.

Right-clicking the tree on the left and hitting "Refresh All" used to pull in any missing objects in the view, but now it doesnt seem to work.

Not sure if this is a duplicate of Bug #66105, as it had very little detail and targeted Windows build.

How to repeat:
1. Connect to server via Workbench so the tree loads to the left of the SQL editor
2. Now, go create a new database on the same server (either using Workbench from another machine, or via command line locally, etc)
3. Right-click in the tree and select "Refresh" option to update the view
4. Watch as the new database does not show up.

The only way to reliably refresh the tree to pull in missing tables/databases is to close the connection and reconnect to the server.

Suggested fix:
Check to ensure Refresh All correctly loads new items into the tree view.

Please, check if the same problem still happens with a newer version, 5.2.42. I can not repeat it on Mac OS X 10.5.x.

Closing as I could not reliably reproduce this on v5.2.42.
