Description:
Fedora 17 provides antlr3-C version 3.4 which sould be used instead of bundle one.

How to repeat:
Build under fedora 17 with antlr3-C-devel and antlr3-C

Suggested fix:
Attached patch to configure.in fixes library detection.

Fixed as of the upcoming Workbench 5.2.43, and here's the changelog entry:

 On Fedora 17, "autoconf" would not detect the "altlr" which 
 is "antlr3-C version 3.4".
