For me (with pre-release binaries of 5.2.41) on Windows XP context menu item(s) "Copy Row Content" just work. If more than one row is selected, entire section is copied. So, please, wait for 5.2.41 official release (should be soon), check the procedure described above there and, if it does not work for you, re-open this report with more details.

I'm on OSX, and unable to select multiple rows in the resultset.

Indeed, there is a problem with 5.2.41 official binaries on Mac OS X. I'd prefer to just make a new, platform-specific bug out of this.

Works for me. I can select multiple rows by holding shift and dragging or holding command and clicking rows.

tested with 5.2.41 running on 10.6.8 and 10.8. Selecting individual rows in a resultgrid works using Cmd+Click anywhere in the desired rows. A subsequently executed "Cmd+C" properly copies the selected rows data into the clipboard, formatted as CSV

Corrected in 5.2.41 release
