Description:
1) http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.5/en/news-5-5-26.html
.. has no content. I am perfectly sure that before 5.5.25 was withdrawn and and replaced with 5.5.25a there was (quite a lot of) content in that page.

2) this http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/news-5-1-64.html
.. has a single entry. But I believe there were more commits to 5.1.64 after 5.1.63 was released 2 months ago

3 http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=44939
.. the note "Noted in 5.5.27, 5.6.7, 5.7.0 changelogs." (by Paul duBois) references changelogs that are not found (all three of them aren't).

How to repeat:
See above

Suggested fix:
I wonder if this reflects a change of policy of some kind? Some workflow has change in the organization or maybe something just stopped working lately?

I agree that all changelogs referenced should exist and have some text explaining their content (if it's empty like http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.5/en/news-5-5-26.html).

As for the changelogs, they have bug entries now.

As for the policy, yes, that's changed recently. We'll be releasing information about bug fixes in the changelogs only at the time that the releases become available.
