Description:
It's difficult to use MySQL Workbench on some systems.  The MySQL Workbench menus do not use the Windows Control Panel "Dislpay" or "Personalization" settings and instead appear to be hard-coded (to an quite small font size).

How to repeat:
Run the program under Microsoft Windows.  Observe the menu bar and icons.  The menu fonts and sizes do not correspond to settings in the WIndows Control Panel.

The icons are quite small as well, but this size is not specified in the Windows metrics.
