Description:
Synchronize Model does not work as expected.
Synchronize destroys the target.
This makes the tool useless if you have changes on both ends
without knowing exactly which tables that have been modified on each side.
One might think that synchronize only replaces old with new.
But in fact it performs a simple replacement.

How to repeat:
Change source then change model. Then synchronize model arrows pointing at source.

Suggested fix:
Change the name synchronize with something more obvious like
Replace model with source / Replace source with model

Can you give more details about what exactly you were trying to do and what exactly happened? What kind of object was replaced with what?
