i don't know.  i just closed the mysql workbench program with several large sql files open while connected to the server.

Suggested fix:
i don't know.  i don't even think this is a good bug report.  i don't know how you'll reproduce and i don't think the bug is really that important.  i think i'm filling this out because i feel obligated to fill out forms.

Please, check if the same problem ever happens with a newer version, 5.2.40.
