Description:
After installing the workbench does not start because the file is missing msvcr100.dll which is one of the dependencies python.exe.

How to repeat:
Just install the version 5.2.39 of the workbench in Win 7 Professional 64bit

Suggested fix:
Should have a place so we could post pictures of the errors

Had you installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (pre-requsite for recent versions of Workbench)?
