Description:
After a clean install of Windows POSReady 2009 and a clean install of MySQL 5.5.23.0, you cannot connect to the MySQL Server when using MySQL Workbench. You can connect to it via console so I know MySQL service is running. I have tried changing to the machines local IP address, localhost, and the IP address 127.0.0.1.

How to repeat:

I have been able to reproduce this over and over with a clean install of Windows POSReady 2009 and MySQL 5.5.23.0.
