Description:
The fix for http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=61713 is incorrect.  Please see comments starting at [16 Apr 22:58] in that bug.

How to repeat:
Install mysql on a host with ipv4 and ipv6 hostnames.

Suggested fix:
It should default to the IPv6 IP address, not the IPv4 address
