Description:
The schemata control uses a tree to show databases, tables and fields.
But if you expand a few big databases or tables, it becomes hard to select another database or table.
So I think it'd be better to use a dropdown or list for database selection and the same for table selection. Maybe even allow the user to choose between dropdown, list and tree for both databases and tables.
The field selection would then also be a simple list instead of a tree.

Many thanks for writing a bug report. We are on the way to implement full functionality of MySQL Query Browser into MySQL Workbench. We won't add this feature request anymore.

Sorry, I made a reading error. This is implemented in actual version MySQL Query Browser 1.2.17.
