Description:
When create new bookmark folder In Bookmarks window,
the folder is always add at the root of bookmark tree.

How to repeat:
Add any bookmark at Bookmarks window.

I wasn't able to repeat or I don't undertand what you meant. If possible
please attach a picture in the Files tab for to see the behavior you got.
