Should have mentioned that. I'm building using this: http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=54960 The md5 sum on the source package it grabs matches the "Generic Linux" package available on this site. I can build directly from the source on this site if needed to verify.

Seems my bug report on this might have been misplaced. I searched some more for the error and found this: http://trac.filezilla-project.org/ticket/7968 The last comment points to oxygen-gtk as the culprit of those errors, which is the theme I'm using. I've changed themes, and I'll comment back if anything changes.
