Description:
When you are creating a new schema in the SQL Editor and you set the Schema Name, after changing the default collation
the schema name gets reset.

How to repeat:
Open SQL Editor.
Create New Schema.
Set the new schema's name.
Change the default collation.

This is a duplicate of Bug #64259.
