What exact version, 5.2.x, do you use? If this is recent (5.2.37+ as far as i remember), you need .Net Framework 4 runtime installed.

All .Net Framework versions have been installed.

Workbench requires .NET framework version 4. Do other applications that use .NET 4 work there?
