Description:
The workbench is installed successfully. But when I start it, the system throws an error:
.Net Framework Initialization Error:Unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application.

How to repeat:
Start the workbench

Suggested fix:
Perhaps the workbench only recognizes the english version of .Net Framework.
My Windows system and .Net Framework is chinese version.

What exact version, 5.2.x, do you use? If this is recent (5.2.37+ as far as i remember), you need .Net Framework 4 runtime installed.

All .Net Framework versions have been installed.

Workbench requires .NET framework version 4.
Do other applications that use .NET 4 work there?
