Description:
When you create a new schema, if you type a new schema into the input control, and then select a collation from the menu
without first blurring the input control, the name resets back to 'new_schema'.

How to repeat:
1. Go to the "New Schema" form
2. Type a name into the "Schema Name" box
3. Select a collation *without* clicking out of the input box
