Description:
mysqldump -uUSR -pPWD mysql

mysqldump: Got error: 1146: Table 'mysql.innodb_index_stats' doesn't exist when using LOCK TABLES

The bug software decided this bugs does not "affect the customer". The software is mistaken.

And mysql_upgrade fails with the same error message.

Thank you for the bug report. Verified on 64-bit Windows XP.

We believe this issue has finally been fixed on 5.6.10.
