You could add this question before restoring :
drop existing database ? y/n  

How to repeat:

Restore / drop database

Suggested fix:

add a chekbox drop DB

In Linux, added a dialog that shows the tables to be restored, warning they'll be dropped, before starting restore.

Many thanks for writing a feature request. 

At the actual MySQL Administrator (1.2.14) it is possible to drop the database at the catalog section. I will close this feature request.

I forgot: also you can choose at the restore section if you want to create a database.
