Description:
mysql-connector-odbc-5.1.10-osx10.6-x86-64bit.dmg fails to install on Mac OS Snow Leopard 10.6.8
We have tried on three computers with the same OSX
mysql-connector-odbc-5.1.10-osx10.6-x86-32bit.dmg also failed as well
We are running Filemakerpro 10 to MySQL 5.1.34
It all worked wonderfully on the earlier version of Max OSX: Pantha 10.4
Can you explain why this occurs as it seems to be your new software on your site.

How to repeat:
We have tried on three computers with the same Mac OS (10.6.8) with the same error repeated.

This is a duplicate of a known bug, Bug #64373.

This does not make sense to me

Did miss something - Why have a product which does not install on a basic computer?

The MySQL reply to my bug problem is to tell me that it is a known bug issue?

The known issue is that there is a bug with another number which is the same known bug issue. (it does not help me to know that the same bug is out there driving some other poor soul bonkers)

This is information loop; logic therefor says that Valeriy Kravchuk is not a real person but part of a loop created to be an information loop. This seems to be a similar thing to a virus created to bug people. I cannot imaging why I would want to do business with mysql unless it is designed to make me buy product from someone else (who is actually mysql. Conspiracy theory!) I have already purchased the "Actual" connector (didn't work) of which information of the existence of came from the mysql web site.
