Maybe this additional information will help: Windows XP SP2 Database size: 960MB All 28 tables in database are Innodb Start with no backup projects defined. Define a new backup project as I described (key is to use "Normal Backup" in the advanced options tab). Quit MySQL Administrator Re-start MySQL Administrator Under "Backup", select the saved project. Look under "Advanced Options": no backup type is selected (expected "Normal Backup").
