Description:
I am unable to connect to the MySQL server 5.5.10 from command prompt as well as MySQL workbench. 

Below is the error message:-  
Your attempt failed for user 'root' from your host to server at localhost:3306:
Can't connect to MySQL server on '127.0.0.1' (10061)

Kindly provide the solution as soon as possible.
