Description:
I'm having issues in production with a slave similar to bug #60696
Replication has stopped on the machine and any command to "stop slave" or "show slave status" locks up. In the processlist below, there is a 7-day running "invalidating query cache" command. I am using mixed mode, unlike the other bug, so I'm not sure why this is happening.

*************************** 16. row ***************************
     Id: 4157079
   User: system user
   Host:
     db: NULL
Command: Connect
   Time: 606955
State: invalidating query cache entries (table)
   Info: NULL

How to repeat:
Not sure how to repeat - this is affecting 2 slave but not all.

Please, check if this problem still happens with a never version, 5.5.20.

I've updated all my servers to 5.5.20 - it did not fix the error, so I rebuilt the
2 broken servers from another slave and everything was fine.
Now, the error is happening again on a different slave -- the seconds behind master was in the 10s of thousands -- I shut it down; it took a long time before the process timed out, but the server is still shutting down (a half hour later)
