Looks like your run of ndb_error_reporter only managed to include the config.ini file. Did you get any error messages while running it? I see you have attached ndb_1_cluster.log, but I would need to have a look at the ndb_N_out.log, ndb_N_error.log, and ndb_N_trace.log files from the data nodes too to see what failed. Can you please try ndb_error_reporter again and make sure they are included, or attach them manually.
