This has already been fixed. We are now shipping 6.3.8 (I assume you were referring to 6.3.3 instead of 3.6.3.

MsiZap is a tool you can use to blow away MSI installs that will not install for some reason. I've used it with several other applications in the past so it's handy to have it around. You can read about it at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/aa370523(v=vs.85).aspx
