Description:
Non-glbael model option "Hide caption" not saved. Like this it's impossible to show the captions in the diagram view.

How to repeat:
See attached model. Menu Model -> Model Options.. -> Diagram tab -> Hide captions

This is always checked.

Suggested fix:
Please also check the global options, I'm out of time really.

The above should start with "Non-global".

This has been fixed as of the soon-to-be-released Workbench 5.2.41, and 
here's the changelog entry:

The "Model", "Model Options", "Diagram", "Hide Captions" option could not be altered (disabled) and would remain checked (enabled).
