Description:
The bug reported in 61222 still exists in 5.1.59 and above, despite the changelog reporting resolution in 5.1.58. A downgrade to 5.1.56 was necessary to allow our clients to continue to connect.

Symptoms are identical, however, 61222 is marked as closed.

How to repeat:
Upgrade to 5.1.57 or above from 5.1.56. Old clients no longer connect, and report Bad Handshake.
