Description:
Text is not visible on transparent tabs when using black font and dark wallpaper.

How to repeat:
Open any tab containing text and set your system wallpaper color to black.

Suggested fix:
Add outline or shadow to text on tabs OR make tabs not transparent.

Fixed as of 5.2.38:

On Microsoft Windows, tab titles were difficult to read on
systems with dark backgrounds.
