Description:
Cannot start workbench. Error message states one module denied access. Further, message sated in order to fix the bug, I need to submit a report (this one).

How to repeat:
Try starting workbench by clicking on icon

This is probably a duplicate of bug #62709. Please, upgrade to 5.2.36 or run Workbench as Administrator.
