MySQL Workbench has encountered a problem. Access to the path is denied.

How to repeat:
Every time i open mysql workbench this error appears 'MySQL Workbench has encountered a problem. Access to the path is denied.' i cant proceed it says i should report the bug.

This is probably a duplicate of bug #62709. Please, upgrade to 5.2.36 or run Workbench as Administrator.
