Description:
Attempt to open Visual Database Designer for 2nd time after initial install and successful first use/launch from install script.

Port security setting failed on install.

Running Norton 360 - had Anti-Virus turned off during install.

How to repeat:
Select MySQL Workbench from Start Menu
