Description:
When I installed MySQL Workbench the installer asked me to install 2 required packages necessary for MySQL Workbench to run. But it did not tell me I have to install Python, so when I started MySQL Utilities shell I got the error.

How to repeat:
1. On just installed Windows download mysql-installer-5.5.17.0.msi
2. Choose to install everything
3. You will be prompted about 2 libraries which are missed, install them.
4. Continue MySQL installation. No error so far
5. Start MySQL Workbench.
6. Try to run MySQL Utilities.
