Description:
After crash of MySQL Workbench, the access to the following file is refused:

C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Workbench CE 5.2.35\db_utils.pyc

Had to reinstall MySQL Workbench to be able to launch it again!!

How to repeat:
After having just install MySQL et MySQL Workbench, acces to the 'Admin' of the MySQL instance.

then click on "Data Export and Restore"

MySQL stop working and an error message appear.

After that, when trying to launch MySQL Workbench again, the message described appear and MySQL Workbench refuse to start.

Suggested fix:
Had to reinstall MySQL Workbench!!!
