Description:
In SQL Workbench I try to open a new scratch area and the debug dialog opens asking that I report the incident.

There is not error to copy over, so I am not sure how helpful the reporting system is. Maybe the dialog should have the error of the exception.

How to repeat:
I click on the icon and it happens each time.

Please, check if the same problem still happens with a newer version, 5.2.35 (or 5.2.35.1 if you are on Windows).
