Description:
I click on the Icon to boot the Workbench and it comes up with an error saying it access is denied to 'db_utils.pyc'.

How to repeat:
Go to program files, select MySQL then hit MySQL Workbench 5.2 CE.

Please retry with version 5.2.35.1

A reinstall seemed to have worked here.
