This is a general problem with Administrator in that it does not always add scrollbars when needed. I verified this on windows 2000, SMP using 1.0.13. Changing your font size isn't even really necessary. Just shrink the size of the window until you cannot see all the text. The window should be repainted with needed scroll bars at that point. You can choose the application's font and fontsize in the options dialog. If the text gets truncated, simply choose a smaller font. This should solve the issue.
