Description:
I am not able to open the Work Bench.

How to repeat:
This is for the first time it is installed and the workbench could not be opened showing the above bug.

This is a duplicate of bug #62709. Please, upgrade to 5.2.35.1 (.msi binaries) or run Workbench as Administrator.
