Description:
Access to the path 'C\Program Files(x86)\MySQL\MySQL Workbench CE 5.2.35\db_utils.pyc' is denied.

How to repeat:
Just install the latest version of MySQL 5.2.35. Shut the program properly and restart it. Bam! MySQL Workbench has encountered a problem.
